Submitting a purchase request through this website or by any other means available indicates your unconditional acceptance of these terms. These terms will govern every transaction between us.
All transactions between us will be governed by the applicable legislation on e-commerce, consumer protection, the protection of the individual from the processing of personal data and the applicable tax provisions. The company has adapted to the GDPR framework.

REGISTRATION OF DATA – REGISTRATION

Orders placed through our website using your personal information and the codes you entered are presumed to be your orders, as you have the sole responsibility for handling your codes and protecting their confidentiality from unauthorized persons.
PLACE AN ORDER – CONFIRMATION
After placing your order, it will only be considered accepted after receiving a confirmation email. This email will specify the delivery terms (location and estimated time).
Before placing your order, it is your responsibility to study the technical and quality characteristics of our products, as they appear in the relevant options on our website.
SURRENDER
The delivery of our products will be made to the place designated by you and at the indicative time indicated in your order confirmation. Any failure on our part to deliver our products with absolute accuracy will not be considered as a failure on our part to fulfill the contract, as it is due to external and difficult to predict factors.
PAYMENT
The payment method must be specified when ordering.
The payment methods are as follows:

- Payment upon receipt of the order at your location (cash on delivery).
- Deposit into an account at one of our partner banks.
Necessary condition for us to immediately confirm your payment via bank account deposit:
- Once you have completed your order it will appear on your screen your Order Number.
- When depositing the amount to the bank, please indicate in the justification or in the beneficiary information only the digits of your Order Number. (avoid words like "order no." "order code." etc.).
* If you fail to enter this number, there is a possibility that your payment will be delayed or lost.
DISCOUNTS
During sale periods, additional discounts that may be given during the consumer's journey through the website do not apply. For example, the discount for the first purchase that is usually given when subscribing to the Prosleep newsletter cannot be added to an already existing sale period, e.g. Black Friday or another. The largest discount always applies and cannot be combined with others.
PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD
The online store www.prosleep.gr accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards. Your transactions in our online store are protected by the highest online security systems (SSL-256 bit and digital certification from Verisign, Inc.) which guarantee a secure transaction environment in most of the 500 largest companies in the world.
For purchases with your credit card, follow the instructions in our online store. You will be asked to fill out the order form and enter the number and expiration date as well as the 3-digit number (CVV) that is written on the back of your credit card.
SELLER'S RESPONSIBILITY
The products you will receive meet all the necessary quality requirements and have the properties and characteristics listed by type.
Our company is primarily responsible for the items offered to the extent defined by the applicable consumer protection provisions.
Our company is not responsible in cases where the use of our products has had consequences (irritations, allergic symptoms, etc.) due to the special characteristics and sensitivities of your baby's skin. If you notice such symptoms, it is recommended that you inform us immediately and discontinue use of our products until your doctor gives you the necessary guidance.
SUBMITTING COMPLAINTS - RETURNING PRODUCTS
Our company will consider in good faith any complaints you may have about our products and any recommendations you may have for further improvement.
Your return of products will only be accepted if it appears that they have a defect or properties and characteristics other than those mentioned on our website or that they do not correspond to your order.
In any case, the return of the products will be made after communication between us and the returned products must be in the same condition in which you received them.
By exercising the right of withdrawal, you are obliged to return the product to us in its original excellent condition (as new) in which it was delivered to you and within the same period we are obliged to refund any amounts you have paid to us. The refund will be made to a bank account in your possession that you will indicate to us.
According to Directive 2013/11/EC, which was incorporated in Greece by JMD 70330/2015, the possibility of electronic resolution of consumer disputes through the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) procedure is now provided for throughout the European Union. If you are a consumer (i.e. a natural person acting outside of a professional capacity) and have any problem with a purchase you made from our Website, you can initiate the ADR procedure through the single pan-EU platform for electronic dispute resolution (ADR platform).

ORDER CANCELLATION
Without limiting the provisions on Withdrawal of Article 9, the cancellation of the order may be made in the following cases:
Before the order is completed, during the online ordering process you can remove the quantities of products from your cart.
If the online order has been completed but the product has not yet been shipped, you can contact us at hello@prosleep.gr and one of our associates will take care of canceling your order.
