We understand that purchasing a product exclusively online can create feelings of hesitation and anxiety in the consumer. This is why at Prosleep we offer the option to exchange or return your purchased product within 30 days of receipt . We want you to buy with complete confidence knowing that no matter what happens, you are 100% covered.

However, to give you time to really try our products, there is a minimum 14-day trial period before a return is possible. It is important to give your body time to adjust to the new conditions created by the gravity blanket.

This means you can return your Prosleep gravity blanket anytime from the 14th to the 30th day after delivery.

How are product changes made?

After making the exchange request via email to hello@prosleep.gr, you can choose to purchase a new product instead of receiving a refund.

The conditions for exchanging the product you purchased for another are:

  1. It must be in its original condition and not have been washed.
  2. It should be clean, free of damage, stains, pet hair and other signs of use.
  3. It should be in the storage bag, which should be in excellent condition, as you received it.
  4. It should be stored together with the storage bag in a cardboard box or other packaging, sealed and secure to prevent damage to the product during transportation.

Products that do not meet the above specifications cannot be accepted for exchange.

In case you want to exchange the gravity blanket for a lighter or heavier one of the same category, then remove and keep its cover and send only the inside of the blanket for exchange.

The new product will be shipped after we receive and inspect the old one. If there is a price difference between the new item and the original purchase, you will be required to deposit the remaining amount or the remaining refund will be made to your account once the return reaches us.

The 30-day right of return applies from the day of receipt of the first order.

Are product exchanges free?

The cost of changing products is free and applies to all regions of Greece. Changes from Cyprus are excluded.

How are product returns made?

You can request a return of the product at hello@prosleep.gr within 30 days from the date of receipt.

The conditions for returning the product you purchased and receiving your money back are:

Once the product has been received and inspected, if the above conditions are met, your refund will be made within 14 business days to a bank account that you will provide us. Shipping costs that you may have paid during your purchase are not refundable. In addition, possible fees that may be withheld by the respective bank upon refund are borne by the customer.

Does the return apply to all products?

The 30-day money-back return policy only applies to Gravity, Gravity Ice, Gravity Organic Cotton and Gravity Junior gravity blankets. For hygiene reasons, other products that have been opened cannot be returned.

Where do returned products end up?

All gravity blankets returned by our customers are donated to institutions and centers for special needs individuals in need, in collaboration with the association "Together for the Child".

Are product returns free?

Product returns are not free, as €15/item is withheld from the original purchase amount. This charge helps us cover the costs of shipping, inspecting and processing the products back to our facilities. For returns from Cyprus, the charge is €30.
