Conditions for participation in the draw
The company Prosleep IKE (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer") is organizing a promotional event in the form of a draw (hereinafter referred to as the "Draw"), according to the following terms:
1. Right to Participate
All natural persons, permanent residents of Greece, have the right to participate.
2. Draw Duration
The Draw will take place from 08/05/2025 to 29/5/2025, time 23:59.
3. How to Participate
Participation is by entering a valid email address in the relevant registration form (pop-up) that appears on www.prosleep.gr . By registering, the participant accepts these terms and consents to being included in the list of acceptable informative emails (newsletter) of the Organizer. Participation is free and does not require the purchase of a product.
4. Gift
One (1) winner will be selected through a draw and will win one (1) Prosleep Gravity blanket, color of choice subject to availability. The prize is personal, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money or other products.
5. Winner Announcement – Notification
The winner will be selected within 2 business days of the end of the Draw, by random selection through the website https://financialcalculatoronlinefree.com/randomly-select-contest-winner-from-list-of-emails/. The winner will be notified via email at the email address provided.
6. Receiving a Gift
The prize will be sent to the winner's stated address, within Greece, free of charge. In the event that the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
7. Personal Data Protection
The Organizer collects and processes the personal data of participants exclusively for the purposes of the Draw and sending information emails, in accordance with applicable legislation (GDPR). Participants can exercise their rights (access, correction, deletion, objection) by contacting hello @prosleep.gr .
8. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the Draw implies unconditional acceptance of all these terms and conditions.
